Consultations are the perfect opportunity to answer any questions you may have or if you are wondering where to start. You can also utilize consultation calls to determine if we would be a good fit before starting your therapy journey. Consultation calls are offered both via Telephone or Video.

50 Minute Individual Session - Virtual
50 Minute virtual sessions allow you to meet one on one with your therapist in the comfort of your own home and on a schedule that works for you. If you do not see any times that work for you in our booking system, please send us an email, as we can often accomodate sessions outside our bookable hours.
